Originally formed as Jordan & Hafner, Inc. in 1976, Hafner Valuation Group, Inc.
maintains its mission plan to provide the Capital District and surrounding
communities with professional and accurate appraisal services, at competitive fees.
The firm’s principal, William S. Hafner Sr., has over 30 years of appraising experience. He is
backed by a staff of professional appraisers, disciplined in residential and
general commercial valuations. Our appraisers are active in continuing their
education in order to offer our clients the latest state-of-the art appraisal techniques.
In today’s rapidly changing economy, our clients look to us for prompt
