  • Items you may need for your appraisal:
    As part of the appraisal process, you may be asked by your appraiser provide copies of some or all of the following documentation.
  • Property deed
  • Copy of any sale/purchase agreements (if applicable)
  • Site plan
  • Survey
  • Tax bills (general property and school levies)
  • Rent roll
  • Leases
  • Annual property expenses (2-3 years)
  • Capital repairs history (typically five years)
  • Cost budget & specs (for new construction)

  • These items will vary according to assignment. Your appraiser will work with you to identify the items that are applicable to your appraisal needs.
